i hope everyone can not only enjoy sports, but also prevent injury. the basic tips for prevention of sports injury recommended:

  • everyday workup training your body including at least strength training, joints stretching
  • choosing an experienced coach to teach you the technique of the sport you want to take
  • warm-up before you jump to the sports ground every time
  • improving the intensity and length of exercise step by step
  • aware of some knowledge of first aids
