Mid-autumn Celebration
After all those endless overtime and a denied visa to have completed my vacation, I have taken upon myself to just stay home and take a rest, finish a few paintings, water a friend's plants and feed the office fishes (I live two blocks away from the office). I have contented myself to eating ice moon cakes... I mean mooncakes had never tasted this good (from a foreigner's standpoint), it's almost like a cheesecake :) and I think everyone's happy... I am happy... WAS....
My neighbor's visitors came and had dominated the corridor leading to our apartment doors... Perhaps they have already taken the aisle as their property. They were laughing out loud, clapping and banging the doors, kids screaming, men shouting... Maybe it's tradition but I stayed home to enjoy the QUIET of my apartment... not anymore :(

I would have accepted the firecrackers, but not them banging on my door... Maybe they made a mistake that it was my door that they should be knocking when the other door opened and saw their friend/relative there. It was not just a knock but a loud banging on my door... And on the aisle, shouting, screaming. I thought mid-autumn is actually end of September, but this happened when I posted my blog. Oh well, it's over so it's okay. I went to Kaiping the next day just in case. I guess it's just a way to force you to go out :)

I already have a drum set, and yep that was the plan. But it's too troublesome to set up especially now that I have misplaced a couple of screws and that the plug doesn't work (mine is electric). So I played loud ballad and love songs (contrary to celebrative mood) just to piss 'em off... didn't work...

Buy a set of drums and rehearse late at night, or whenever they are quieter
