It's my first month as a Guangzhou resident!

You could say that after a while, This place could grow on you(?), like a fungus.(tongue in cheek)

I maybe literal about the fact that you could just feel the grime in Guangzhou....but you could say that about other cities in China too, right.

The thing is people(foreigners, Chinese) where actually telling me that, like why would you wanna ive there?

One of the main reason that I moved would be the.... ok wait... I have to come up with something plausible...something you would believe in....ok got it..... the shopping.( Gonna write up a whole blog on this one)

Second the people, no matter how busy life seems, I mean I get this feeling that people who work in Guangzhou knows how to work hard and play harder....maybe just got deluded by a couple i met who seem to know how to let lose... and they had some serious stuff going on in both private and work life.

Can't really blame me, you know I was surrounded by workaholics, overachievers and social barracudas for a while there, till i learned to choose the company I kept in my previous place(Shenzhen, if you've ever been around the crowd, you'd understand). Hey, it is always a choice, you can always choose, I don't believe otherwise.

I guess I'm still forming my opinion about this new place I'm in, except for the grime which makes me want to scrub up every time....gonna go and explore the nuances of the place... it all out there waiting....
