yesterday i went to hillview golf course to practice my swing. i used to learn from coach w in nanhu golf course, and got to a plateau for almost a year. i cannot hit it long, like 130y w/ iron 7. i asked the coach to comment after watching my swing. he found that my body weight center does not move well. after holding tension of r leg and taking care of force chain from r foot all the way through hip waist shoulder arm to club, it really worked.
this morning i watched a swimming coach teaching kids breastroke. i found my hands are a little bit wider like separating water. i even improve my breastroke speed right away with that point of skill corrected.
