on their website it says affordable tattoos and they even have a price listing depending on the size of the tattoo.  I made an appointment after emailing my tattoo and they gave me the price of 1500RMB  when their website showed that tattoo's that size in black were only 500RMB I really wanted the tattoo so I said okay and after traveling from another city, paying for round trip train tickets and taking my whole day off.  I get there and they are not open yet even though I have a 11:00 am appointment.  Then some rude chick shows up, who I found out later was one of the greedy owners, and makes excuses for the artist who ended up being almost 2 hours late. To top it off, he was very hung over and 45 minutes after that I asked the rude front desk chick how much just to make sure they don't try to scam me and she says 8000RMB.  I told her she was out of her mind.  We argued about it then she insults me and when I call her out on it and the fact that they wasted 3hrs of my time and my whole day off.  I told her she just lost a customer who was planning on getting 10 tattoos over the next few months to add to my 17 I already have and she didn't care.  She is greedy and has no honor.  I have wechat message from the artist after that saying she is just trying to make money and doesn't understand.  DON'T GO THERE  AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW NOT TO GO THEIR EITHER... The web site says affordable and lists the price by sizes and then they don't honor their prices and are very unprofessional...
