《让子弹飞》的名字本身很给力，也很符合姜文大师的风格。在很多电影人和观众眼里，他是可以称得上大师的，如果我们还没有忘记<阳光灿烂的日子〉是怎样征服了一代人的心灵的话。所以，在拥有世界人口之最的大国里寥寥仅有的几个电影导演中，如果我们一定要推举一个文艺型导演，唯有姜文。

令人惊异的是，《让子弹飞》除了坚持站在文艺片的薄冰上之外，还跟黑色幽默亲密了一把，并且紧紧地牵着商业的大腕，打算浩荡地挺进国产电影的前锋，或者毫无悬念地也不放弃进军奥斯卡？

其实，它要冲进哪个阵地，对于观众来说已经不重要了，无论有无中国影片，奥斯卡已经不再那么风靡如当年。一方面是因为我们有了更丰富的电影源，另外更重要的，还要归功于中国影视业的开放之惊人程度，让裸露，粗口，暴力，和性一览无遗地展现在了影院的大屏幕里，很给力。

于是，在我期待一个有可能会文艺得令人昏睡的添加一点擦边球的小幽默的姜文式的《让子弹飞》之后，它却用另类的诙谐的诡异，夹带着血腥和粗俗，并仍然具有无可比拟的想象力，文雅和低俗交错在一起的这么一套东西，把我给看晕了。让人不能不赞，却又说不出哪里好，让人…

Nobody it can be really happy. You can have moments of happiness. Moments of joy. But life is very difficult unless you are a total idiot...then, you may be happy.

Yesterday I arrived at the airport some 21/2 hours before flight time only to be told the flight was delayed by 31/2 hours (in increments of hourly announcements). So I wound up spending close to 6 hours just hanging around the airport. The airline in its generosity gave me HK$100 coupon to be used at any restaurant at the airport. Guess what? Three of the restaurants I tried wouldn't accept the coupon. I finally returned it when checking in for my flight.

The situation did not end…
