"Can I make friends with you?" ....F*CKKK

If I had a penny for everytime i heard someone ask 'can i make friends with you' i'd have a buck!

First of all, you never ask someone if they 'want to be friends' unless your still in primary school. 2nd of all, how come everyone says it this exact same way? Who is teaching them them this line? well whoever it is should have his/her ear flicked pretty hard.

And it goes a little something like this..

Register yourself again after you get new visa!

Kind reminder: from July 1, 2010, police will heavily check on expats living/working in China.

Make sure you register yourself at the local police station the district you live in. AND

thus hard to renew long term China visa any more.

Expats working in China, should obtain work visa to work legally.
