i hope everyone can not only enjoy sports, but also prevent injury. the basic tips for prevention of sports injury recommended:

  • everyday workup training your body including at least strength training, joints stretching
  • choosing an experienced coach to teach you the technique of the sport you want to take
  • warm-up before you jump to the sports ground every time…

yesterday i went to hillview golf course to practice my swing. i used to learn from coach w in nanhu golf course, and got to a plateau for almost a year. i cannot hit it long, like 130y w/ iron 7. i asked the coach to comment after watching my swing. he found that my body weight center does not move well. after holding tension of r leg and taking care of force chain from r foot all the way through hip waist shoulder arm to club, it really worked.…
