- Haha I totally agree with you! The heat sucks! I don't think I will ever get used to it. I am the Western head chef at the Canton club which is a private members club in Zhujiang xin cheng. Prior to that I was living in Hunan teaching English at a university. I can speak a little Chinese but very badly and am going to start taking lessons again soon.
