I live in China since 2000 working in IT field (Industrial Automation / IT for Production Management) and I love cooking Italian food, which I did often at my place for the pleasure of my friends and mine.
In 2010 I opened Milan1898, a private kitchen of Italian tradition and in 2011 the "PANIFICIO MINCUZZI" bakery in Dongshankou area. Now I work everyday from 5 am to 11 pm making nice bread and cookies :-)
Are you still baking bread? My Gf has a small bar/restaurant in a small town in DOngguan (very small town) and she would LOVE to learn how to make better bread.
I told her that you make excellent bread, but more interestingly, you are extremely passionate about it and love to try new method and ideas....
One time, a few months ago at GIVES, you said that you love to teach people to make bread - would you be interested to help her learn? She could come to Gz for a few days or you also welcome to go visit her.
