Xmas Lunch 101

For those who dont want to spend a fortune on hotel xmas lunches & would prefer to eat at home anyway Ive blogged a simple to prepare xmas lunch that wont cost the earth. Im assuming you have access to an oven (even one of those small portable ones is ok) If not then youll need to improvise like buying a whole roast chicken using the wok for frying instead of roasting potatoes, the rest should be easy with what most people have in their kitchens in PRC..
