Take one Retarded Australian boozed up all night and causing havok for all of guangzhou, add a bonfire across the street and this should attract him like a moth to a light, of course add a good sterdy gutter to ensure that the drunk cannot negotiate the huge 20cm drop without of course almost falling over, twisting ankle in a painfull manner and ensuring damage is of a long lasting fashion.
