When are you looking to move in to an apartment? There will be 2 months' deposit and 1 month's rent required before moving in (so 6000RMB to get keys and move in) and the lease is for one year. On top of the rent there will also be bills to pay. Is this acceptable? If it is, let me know and I'll contact you to arrange a viewing as soon as possible.

I talked to the girl and there seems to be some miscommunication here :)

You should have a reply to your email by tomorrow whether the room's still available as there's a viewing arranged for today. If it gets reserved today or not, you should find out by tomorrow.

oops !! you come when i nearly back. I am here for printing exhibition. we are exhibit here. now a days it is not too cold. in day time sunny and quite normal. evening little cool. next few days not sure how it will be. you better keep warm cloths with you specially a coat. it might be more cooler in coming days.

i m good. Just came to shanghai today for business trip. My staff book the hotel somewhere in country side. so just sit inside the room.
