Ok! This group offer posibilities to exchange ideas about our business.  Consumption patterns are the ones bringing the cultures. Consumption is global andhomogenizing demand favorsEach country sells their consumption patterns, but certain products are common to the global network, regardless of the culture of the countries. Example mobile phones.

They respond according to their psychological, sociocultural, and situational factors that include specific norms, traditions, ideology of certain countries. I personally can share my experience in North America- generally USA and Central Asia - more time spent in Kazakhstan. In the US consumers are very individualistic and open-minded, they eager new experience and respond more to unusual marketing activities. In Kazakhstan (as in most Asian countries) consumers mostly collectivistic, they can easily follow each other’s thoughts and likes.     Boring? J

I will be short: in the US “SEX SELLS” related activities really work, while in Kazakhstan it doesn’t work very well.
