Hi there, is there a GYM that offers cheap monthly fees without having to sign a long contract? I am not sure how long I will stay here so I want to just get a membership from month to month.

Hi all!   I'm interested in a membership in Ganding or the Grandview locations, but I want to know some details about the membership.  If anyone can answer a couple questions for me, or PM me privately if you prefer.

1)  I probably will stick with one gym, but does membership allow you to visit other Total Fitness gyms? I plan to go to Les Mills classes and Spin, so a schedule at one gym might work better for me than another.

2) I'm not a rich man here, so not wanting to get the American foreigner markup, what is the best way to get a membership?  There is a gym very close to me that has a good offer, and nice facilities, but I think Total Fitness in Ganding is the best fit, but I'm cheap so I won't pay some enormous elite fee.  Maybe we have a recruiter in this group that would like to speak to me in private?

3) Also, is there any offers out there for a free day or week trial?  I've heard of people getting to bring their friends in before, and will definitely try before I buy.

4) How's the pool in Grandview?

Hi! I arrived Guangzhou last week, and now I am looking for Fitness club. Are there good ones aroud Tiang He district?? But...I was surprised for the high quality towel.

I'm a memeber at wang guo plaza! every time i go, spend first 10mins putting all weights back properly! drives me up the wall!

Anyone wants my membership? Valid til 2013 April. Dont use it any more. New price would be around 1800CNY but of course you'd get it much cheaper, no question...
Process: we go to their office in Tianhebeilu together, change the name on the membership and its yours.

I've been looking into the TF club near the Kecun Metro station in Baizhu district, but I see some incredibly negative comments surrounding the clubs overall performance on here and I've heard the same from some of the actual members of that location. Seeing as I'm new to GZ, any suggestions? Price is not my biggest concern, but of course it should be a consideration. My goals are cardio and weight training.
