Comment by Timothy on April 27, 2012 at 12:05am Last report from Hainan, the paradise on Earth.
Last week we had visitors from Shenzhen at our club house in Haikou. 25 - 30 knots on a stormy but sunny day... Then we headed South West to Boao for 3 days for a windsurfing 1 to 1 clinic.
5.1 Holiday is fully booked, we will host the Sonck's family from Chengdu and the Harbin Windsurfing club altogether. Forecast looks absolutely great!

Comment by Timothy on April 12, 2012 at 2:10am French Thomas C. on his recent 4 days visit in Mandarin Surf Club in Haikou to learn kitesurf. Coming from Guanzhou to Haikou takes more or less the same time than driving to the Shenzhen beaches. Thomas quoted: "The main advantage is that the wind in Haikou is far more consistent, and the spot so much safer and easier to learn as the sand bars allow lessons 500 M from the shore. No more tree or hazard problems, I will be back soon".
