Hola runners, Where would be the best spots for runing in GZ? Also, Any runners around the TV tower ( Canton Tower ) along the river? Preferably between 6 & 8 pm?cheersContinue

Yup just been running there. But I do late nights (after 830pm) on weekdays for 5km+. Weekends are more flexible. Drop me a message if you are interested.

I've been running on the treadmill for a few years now, and am now interested in running with small groups on track or trails. 5km, 6.5km, 10km are all doable. I've made it to 22km a couple times on the machine, but never on the track. Hope I can get to that point before the next GZ marathon!

Welcome to GZ Tamara. We used to run on Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings, but have been idle after GZ marathon--at least for me. The meet up place is the Starbucks at the corner of Huali Lu,Zhujiang New Town. I would love to start it again. My contact is 18620076022. Ying
