just saw one of those movies that you know youll never forget - completely unpredictable from beginning to end, and maybe the best performance of christopher walken's career.. sam rockwell adds another performance to his resume that you cant take your eyes off too

not at all, of course, what the title makes you think it will be - 'seven psychopaths'

Just saw Paprika again. This film is truly one of the best films of all time. Everyone owes it to themselves to watch this film at least once, even if you don't like anime.

I have found I prefer watching movies in another language with English subtitles rather than watching English language movies. Even if you only understand a single spoken word, you can appreciate all the cultural elements in a foreign tongue, and how it works with the type of film.

I ought to start an Anime Film Appreciation event or something. If only I had a larger TV....

i look at the word 'stokers'.. i look at your name.. i look at the word 'tickle'.. i look at your name.. i check where the exits are..

so umm, sancho.. tell me, how do you feel about musicals? ballet? how often do you do the laundry? would you eat a bug on a bet?

wait a minute.. are these 'stokers', that we'll be doing the tickling with, female human beings, by any chance?

Well, he's Austrian I'm pretty sure, but some of his movies, including Piano Teacher and Amour, are both in French. There is usually a different mindset and style of directors from different countries though.
