I'm quite sad to say this, but this Irish pub has the best Mexican food in Guangzhou!! Ironic?

Hi Bob.....

Firstly i would like to thankyou for bring the following to my attention.

I was in Shenzhen at one of our sister establishments at the times of the complaint, however as all our Chinese Management and Supervisors know i am available to assist any problem at any time....

I am fully aware that in any restaurant, whether it is Chinese or Western, that good customer service is vitally important.

Here at McCawley's we pride ourselves on delivering consistant staff training in an effort to provide the best possible experience for all our customers.

I am also aware that sometimes we make mistakes and that customers can experience inadequate service.

I have investigated your complaint with the appropiate staff and have taken all steps to make sure it isn't repeated.

Please accept my apologies and don't hesitate to contact me personally if you have any further questions....

I as at your establishment in New Town on Jan 11 around 6pm. I ordered a greek salad the other day and when it came there was only three cubes of cheese. I tried reasoning with the waitress and she threw a fit and took off. I then asked for the supervisor and she gave us more trouble and told us the manager was not available.

When we asked to call the foreigner manager she said he's not here and he doesn't pick up the phone when not working. After another 5 minutes of more arguing she finally came back with some extra cheese and an "ok fine you win smirk" on her face. 

I tried to find an email address on your webpage in order to contact someone to resolve this but there wasn't any.

 Please train your staff to be a little more polite to customers when they make a request. This is unacceptable behavior from a supposedly western restaurant. Customers should not have to argue with waitstaff to get something as simple as a few cubes of cheese for a cheese salad. If you open a foreign restaurant the same quailty of food and service is also to be expected.

I was told by a friend that (some) burgers are cheaper on Wednesday nights, but I've never seen this advertised. Is it true or not?
