Why We Are Here
Guangzhou English Theatre is being founded by John Epperson, an actor & director from the United States. John has over 20 years of experience in theatre, as an actor, director, combat choreographer, sound designer, set designer, and lighting designer. A graduate of the esteemed MFA program at American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco, John was the artistic and managing director of Darkroom Productions for 3 years before moving to Guangzhou in 2007.

Hi Tingting! I'm happy to hear that u are interested in acting, but unfortunately I had to move to Los Angeles last year so I could not continue the company. I would like to keep it alive somehow, and I hope to return to China someday to continue!

I would love to do some acting... even though there is no professor, at least we can get together and improvise a little... I miss acting so so much.
Does somebody knows of any acting group/school or anything?
If not... what do you think about meeting up and talk about doing something once or twice per week?
