Hey there Master Chefs!
Does anyone know where to buy herbs and spices for Indian/Middle Eastern cuisine?
Im thinking there must be some place around town considering all the various restaurants which prepare this type of food.
Ive founds things like tumeric 黃薑粉, cumin 孜然 and cloves 丁香 but the kinda things im looking to get my hands on are:
corriander seeds 芫荽子
mustard seeds 芥子
cardamoms (big and small) 豆莞籽
fenugreek seeds 葫蘆巴
chickpeas 鷹嘴豆 /埃及豆
fennel seeds and caraway seeds (cant find a good chinese translation for these, keeps coming up as 茴香 - isnt this the same as 孜然?)
Ideally hoping to find a spice market as opposed to a supermarket.
