I need to choose wines for the restaurant, we are from Castellon. Best paellas and rice in Spain, our Chefs have long experience with this.

Hi Ana, great to hear from you.  i wish you every success getting your restaurant open.  I will be a fan.  Lived for one year at Javea in Alicante.  Oh! and I see you're going to be having your party at my new favorite place, Lucky 5.  Very nice place and people. Can I just arrive on Saturday or something in advance?  For wine at the moment we have wines of Bodegas Luis Alegre DO Rioja with a container of Valencia DO arriving end of the month.  Would be glad to show you what we have here at Guangzhou.
