German Group

Okay, I guess it's more out of fun, but this group is for everyone either speaking German or eager to learn the 10th most used language (source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_languages_by_number_of_native_speakers)

Hallo@all.

Hi Grace,

yes, it does exist - please don't forget (and certainly others too) to bring your Dirndl/Lederhosen as China Hotel a Marriott is hosting it's 9th Oktoberfest. The biggest in South China by the way and def. worth to visit. Authentic German Food, German Band and unlimited Beer was RMB 338,- per person.

Prost

Hi everyone, does the famous October festival also take place in Guangzhou?

YQH, Neuschwanstein castle is ominous and breathtaking, inside and outside. Don't miss out on the chance to tour the older Hohenschwangau castle too. That was King Ludwig's family home. The town itself and its colorful, traditional Bavarian style structures are also photo worthy. A couple of other local day trips are the Marienbrücke (bridge across a mountain gorge) and a cable-car ride up the Tegelberg to enjoy the scenery. You can see the whole town from up there and watch people skydiving and hang-gliding off the peak. You will not want to leave this place.

OMG, I can't believe I'm going to Munich and Fussen and to see the legendary Cinderella Castle. I have been planning for more than a year, can't believe it's happening. I am so excited.
