Shit, I could have told you that about the Lenovo guys in Clifford. Been here for 14 years and I guess they are STILL using the same fucking idiotic MO, "You have a virus. The only way is to reinstall Windows." Believe me, they've said that every single time for anything, no matter what the problem was.
I've even faked a problem to see what they'd say and they'd still give me the same bullshit.
This is a lesson for anyone living in Clifford to avoid them at all costs.

The same thing happened with Lenovo guys in Siqiao. A bunch of self promoted technicians who does not know anything about computers except how to sell items on display. And you'll find lots of pretenders in Guangzhou area like the C.C. One might as well learn how to fix your own gears and equipment rather than rely on fake technicians.
