@grantedfornow: Do you know anywhere I could study Li or Chen Family forms of Tai Chi, Tai Chi Ch'uan or Feng Shou?  Alternatively, where do Mai Gei Wong's Wing Chun school practise? I would really like to study somewhere I can cultivate my internal practise but also study self-defence. Any suggestions are welcome! Thanks

@ Emanuel, There is the Muay Thai guys at the sports center I've been by to watch them practice and they have a great club. There is also Mai Gei Wong's Wing Chun school in that area as well. My old Wing Chun teacher still has a club close to Hai Zhuang Park in Hai Zhu district, but if you are closer to the Xiao Gang park I saw an older Bak Mei group there a few years ago, as well as some interesting cane fighting. But it all depends on what you want to learn! The sky is the limit in Guang Zhou. Hung Kuen, Choy lee fut, Southern Praying Mantis  Wing Chun, Bak Mei, Mok Ga, Lau Ga, Hap Ga, Choy Mok, ...

@Yordan:  Well I like jujutsu. But training jujutsu in China kind of makes me feel like betraying Chen Zhen ;)
