Bakery in Guangzhou

As many of you may know I run an Italian private kitchen Milan1898, but also I like good, authentic food and I spend a lot of my time to search reliable sources of good quality ingredients and products in Guangzhou.

Now it is a professional interest for me, but it started and still continues as a passion.

I make bread in my shop, but that is mostly for my guests.

I think a part of a very few good examples such as Boca, Guangzhou lacks of good bread and I would be happy to help and improve the "bakery culture" in Guangzhou, but I need your help to figure out how.

Please check this survey on line that I have posted:

http://kwiksurveys.com?u=Bakery-Guangzhou

Please answer the questionnaire and ask your friends, but also your shops, your restaurants, your bars, the ones where you spend money to get bakery products, to participate in this survey.
