What's up with this crazy weather?

One day it's warm, the next day it's ass freezing cold. We are almost in the middle of March and I have not seen it this cold at this time of the year.for the past five years. Did anyone notice 2 weeks ago when there was so much moisture inside most buildings, like the floors and walls had been hosed, anyone have an explanation for what caused this? It was so damn slippery too.

I hate the damp weather here in GD province.
I think is beacuse the ice in the northern part of China melting
then bring the ice wind to the southern part of China.
besides, there r less trees and more cars and buildings in China.

When every building in GZ is built with concrete and no concept of using insulation or moisture barriers. Concrete absorbs the moisture when it is cold and pisses out all the water when it warms up. Chinese ingenuity.

That explains the swimming pool in the lobby of my apartment building. Strange though, this is the first time I have seen this phenomenon since I've been here.
