I need opinions from everyone of u

So this is the story, I bought a 2.5months old puppy, but ever since she got to my house, she caught a flu already, I confronted the pet shop for selling me sick dog, but they wont admit it. They said they've given her injections, they even gave me the health certificate. So holding my grudge I decided to let it go.
I took her to a vet, check whether or not she got the 'distemper' virus but the test appeared to be negative, so the vet gave her meds for flu. but after a few days she didnt get better so I took her to the pet shop and she had to stay there for 3 days, after 3days, she still had cough and stuff, so i took her to ahospital and the vet said she's actually really sick, AND SO she had to stay in the hospital for another 3 days. after that we decided to check the virus again to make sure and it turned out to be POSITIVE!!
and so the story goes.. its been a month since i bought her and she only spent a total of 7 days in my house, the rest was in the hospital back and forth.
I spent around RMB2000 just for her treatments, and the puppy itself cost RMB1500.
Today, her condition is getting worse. The vet said, when this type of dog (cocker spaniel) started to reject food, and stopped to run around, stopped biting shoes and sandals and sofas, that is bad news. especially if she has the stupid virus.
So, im just wondering, should I go back to the stupid pet shop and confront them again, or claim my money or simply burn it down? or should i just let it go? eventho its only been a month but i love this puppy so much already. Its not all about the money (but its somehow still abt it coz im a student and i hv budgets) but what about abt humanity? how could they sell sick dogs? OH and the vet did say that that particular pet shop ALWAYS sell sick dogs, theres been many cases.
I was thinking to put that pet shop up on newspaper, or really i dunno what to do. HELP ME. please TT im so desperate and depressed rite now~

get over the fuking dog already!
get that idea out of your head..if you knew anything about violence you would know that something like that could escalate in minutes and you could lose your boyfriend or get into some major legal problems. ...over a sick mutt...
oh and if your boyfriend was that much of a thug...and trust me i know thugs...you would have never had to write this shit down..hed be in and out of that shop with his shungdees in no time..the fact that he mentions it..and doesnt just do it..makes him not a real thug...which is a good thing.. believe me..
keep your wits about you...dont stoop down to muscling people about..that makes you just as worthless as a sick dog salesman..
get a fuking turtle and be done with it!

Hey hi! Well the same thing happened to me.. I bought a puppy in some place where they have loads and loads of pets around.. I dont know exactly where,, Well the same thing happened.. Test for distemper virus was negative at first, then after some time the dog got really really sick then the test was positive. And anyway there is nothing you can do about distemper virus.. Really.. There's really nothing you can do about it.. I had to get my doggie killed. The virus had already got into her brain.. Erm.. I dont think chinese people will ever give you back your money but you could still try annoying them a lot.. You caould try asking for another dog instead.. I hope everything turns out fine for you..

im sorry to hear that, but 2 of my friends' dogs got distemper too and the survived. theyre so big and healthy now.
i guess theyre just lucky.. the doctor hadnt recommend me to put it to sleep, but it died rite after her first critical moment.
im hvin exam rite now so i dun really hv time to bug me a lot, but after some time, i felt that theres no use to go there and annoy the sh*t outta them, my baby died. i know money is never gonna come out from their pocket, and i dun want another sick dog from that place. i just couldnt trust them.
im getting better now, missed her a lot.. but im hanging in there.. thx =)

a lot of puppies bought from kennels are sick and acquire kennel cough.
you should go back and ask for your money back.

I grew up on a farm. If the dog was sick or worthless we threw down the well in
a plastic bag. Harsh I know. If something did not earn it's keep we could not afford it.
