I need opinions from everyone of u

So this is the story, I bought a 2.5months old puppy, but ever since she got to my house, she caught a flu already, I confronted the pet shop for selling me sick dog, but they wont admit it. They said they've given her injections, they even gave me the health certificate. So holding my grudge I decided to let it go.
I took her to a vet, check whether or not she got the 'distemper' virus but the test appeared to be negative, so the vet gave her meds for flu. but after a few days she didnt get better so I took her to the pet shop and she had to stay there for 3 days, after 3days, she still had cough and stuff, so i took her to ahospital and the vet said she's actually really sick, AND SO she had to stay in the hospital for another 3 days. after that we decided to check the virus again to make sure and it turned out to be POSITIVE!!
and so the story goes.. its been a month since i bought her and she only spent a total of 7 days in my house, the rest was in the hospital back and forth.
I spent around RMB2000 just for her treatments, and the puppy itself cost RMB1500.
Today, her condition is getting worse. The vet said, when this type of dog (cocker spaniel) started to reject food, and stopped to run around, stopped biting shoes and sandals and sofas, that is bad news. especially if she has the stupid virus.
So, im just wondering, should I go back to the stupid pet shop and confront them again, or claim my money or simply burn it down? or should i just let it go? eventho its only been a month but i love this puppy so much already. Its not all about the money (but its somehow still abt it coz im a student and i hv budgets) but what about abt humanity? how could they sell sick dogs? OH and the vet did say that that particular pet shop ALWAYS sell sick dogs, theres been many cases.
I was thinking to put that pet shop up on newspaper, or really i dunno what to do. HELP ME. please TT im so desperate and depressed rite now~

and i didnt know she was sick until i brought her home, coz the pet shop said its healthy.

The puppy is so cute.
But you've bought it for a month. I think the pet shop won't give back your money.

i know its not possible to get back my money, but they gotta be fair coz they sold sick puppy. at least pay for the treatments.
theres a slight possibilities she would survive. just pray for her plz.

I am so sorry to hear that, and I understand exactly how you feel. I have a sad puppy story myself.
I would go back to the pet shop with more people for support. I would bring the tests the vet did. I would raise a ruckus and threaten to publish all the pet shops shoddy business practices on all the online forums. That's what I would do.

yea i was planning to ask back ups from my consulate general. thats how pissed i am. and since i know many insiders in the consulate, i think i can ask for their help. not so sure.
and online forums sounds good too. is it possible to publish it up on the english newspaper tho? or they would be worried abt law suit and stuff?
