Banks with English speaking employees
Right, So I'm looking for a bank in GZ that has representatives who speak a bit of English. I have an intermediate level of Chinese, but am trying to send money to the U.S and have found the process too complicated in Chinese. Any suggestions?

HSBC has English speaking staff, they are pretty good bank too.

HSBC or any other foreign banks. or you can just simply ask a Chinese to go with you

Problem is not all banks even HSBC have English speaking staff around. I stick to one Merchant bank myself as they have English speaking staff and they are very efficient with the paperwork compared to ICBC/HSBC/Construction Bank.
